These Terms and Conditions of Sale govern the online purchase of products offered on the website www.jawalls.com, operated by Multigrafica Adv Srl (registered office: Contrada Perazzo SS 17 KM 326 + 547, 71036 Lucera (FG), Italy).
These terms regulate the purchase and supply of customized and/or tailor-made products offered by JaWalls.com through its e-commerce platform.
The order placed by the Customer through the website constitutes a contractual proposal. The order confirmation sent by JaWalls.com via email represents the acceptance of the proposal and the conclusion of the contract.
The products offered by JaWalls.com are made according to the Customer’s specific requests (dimensions, graphics, images, colors, materials). Production is carried out based on the instructions provided at the time of the order.
All prices are expressed in Euro and include VAT, unless otherwise specified. Payment can be made using the methods available at the time of the order (e.g. PayPal, credit card). Production begins only after payment confirmation.
Delivery times indicated on the website are approximate. JaWalls.com is not responsible for any delays caused by the courier or by force majeure events.
Pursuant to Article 59 of Italian Legislative Decree 206/2005 (Consumer Code), the right of withdrawal does not apply to goods made to measure or clearly personalized. Therefore, once production has started, the Customer cannot cancel the order or exercise the right of withdrawal.
For standard, non-customized products (if available, e.g. Catalogs and Swatchbooks), the Customer may exercise the right of withdrawal within 14 days of delivery, in accordance with the Consumer Code.
All products are covered by the legal warranty of conformity as set forth in Articles 128-135 of the Italian Consumer Code. In case of lack of conformity, the Customer is entitled to free repair or replacement of the product, where possible.

These terms are governed by Italian law. For any dispute concerning their validity, interpretation, and execution, the competent court will be that of the Customer’s place of residence, unless otherwise provided by mandatory law.
JaWalls.com reserves the right to amend these Terms and Conditions of Sale. Amendments will be effective from the date of publication on the website and will apply to orders placed thereafter.
